Both! We're happy to come out for one-off cleanups, specific jobs like mulching or hedge trimming, and preparation for real estate photography or sale. We also offer ongoing maintenance schedules for those who want regular, reliable garden care.

Our yard cleanup service typically includes: mowing overgrown lawns, edging, weeding all garden beds, pruning or cutting back overgrown shrubs, clearing debris and accumulated rubbish, and removing all green waste. We tailor the scope to each property's specific needs.

Yes — irrigation repair is one of our core services. We diagnose and repair most residential reticulation issues: broken or blocked pop-up heads, drip line faults, solenoid valve problems, controller issues, and coverage gaps. We work across all common Perth reticulation brands.

Yes, for most jobs we can supply and deliver materials as part of the job cost. This includes mulch, soil amendments, fertiliser, and basic plants. We'll advise you on materials during the quoting process.

We handle tree trimming and pruning for trees and large shrubs up to approximately 3 metres in height. For larger trees requiring elevated work or specialist arborist services, we can recommend trusted arborists we work with regularly.

Most jobs are quoted based on property size, scope of work, and frequency. For straightforward regular maintenance we can often provide a guide price over the phone. For larger or more complex jobs we prefer a free on-site quote to ensure accuracy — no surprises on invoice.

No — quotes are completely free with no obligation. Simply contact us via phone or our online quote request form and we'll arrange a convenient time to view the property.

There are no callout fees for quote visits. Standard job rates apply from the moment we begin work.

We accept bank transfer (EFT) and cash. Payment is typically due on completion of each job. For ongoing clients on regular schedules, we offer fortnightly invoice arrangements.

For regular maintenance bookings we aim to get you started within one to two weeks. For urgent cleanups or time-sensitive jobs (e.g. before a property settlement or rental inspection), contact us directly on 0498 796 566 and we'll do our best to prioritise.

Light rain doesn't usually stop us — in fact, mowing after rain can be beneficial. However, heavy rain, storms, or hazardous conditions will cause us to reschedule for safety reasons. We'll always notify you in advance if a visit needs to be moved.

Not necessarily. As long as we have safe access to the areas being serviced and can communicate any notes before or after the visit, many of our regular clients are at work when we attend. We'll always leave the property secure and send a message when the job is complete.

We service the entire Perth Metro area. We're based in Applecross and regularly work throughout the South Perth, Fremantle, Stirling, Joondalup, Armadale, Mundaring, and Rockingham corridors. If you're unsure whether we cover your suburb, just give us a call — chances are we do.

Our primary service area is Perth Metro. For locations on the fringe (e.g. Mandurah, Armadale surrounds, Midland surrounds), additional travel may apply. Contact us to discuss — we're always willing to have a conversation.
